Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you–all of the expectations, all of the beliefs–and becoming who you are.

My Approach: Affirming, Relational, and Embodied Healing

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here, and I look forward to working together!

My name is Kathryn, and I’m dedicated to supporting those on their journey of rediscovering and reconnecting with their true self. I have an MSW from the University of Southern California where I focused on working clinically with children, youth and families and concentrated in children’s mental health. My work has since evolved into helping adult individuals, particularly women, navigate the deep and lasting effects of early life wounds and patterns shaped by relationships and difficult experiences, and holding space for your return to yourself.

Having walked my own healing path, and continue to do so, I bring a compassionate, embodied, and integrative approach to therapy. My practice weaves together various therapeutic approaches, and mind-body-spirit practices, in order to honor the fullness and complexity of being human.

Outside of my work, I find solace and inspiration in nature, reading, music, and writing. I love exploring and taking walks with my dog, and learning to embrace the beauty of the present moment.

As a therapist, I believe in honoring the whole person, along their emotions and experiences, and not just labeling or pathologizing. My work is deeply relational, which means that healing and growth can come not only from the work done both inside and outside of sessions, but through the therapeutic relationship itself. I view our connection as a collaborative process where safety and trust are the foundation of meaningful change.
