Initial Intake Session - $105
This session gives me an opportunity to better understand your needs, challenges, goals, and expectations related to your mindfulness practice, and address any concerns or questions that you may have.
Ongoing Sessions After Intake:
60 minutes - $90
45 minutes - $65
30 minutes - $45
These sessions are considered as needed and we can meet as frequently or infrequently as you’d like. Options consist of weeky, biweekly, monthly, or every few months if you’d like to check in.
