What to Expect in Individual Therapy:

In our one-on-one sessions, I seek to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I work relationally, and our connection and your sense of safety are at the heart of the therapeutic process.

Together we can work to:

  • Build self-esteem and confidence

  • Break free from people-pleasing and perfectionism

  • Heal childhood wounds and unresolved trauma

  • Navigate relationships challenges and attachment struggles

  • Reduce anxiety and overwhelming emotions

  • Develop healthy boundaries and self-trust

  • Process and release emotional pain stored in the body

  • Identify and shift self-sabotaging patterns

  • Strengthen emotional resilience and self-compassion

  • Deepen self-awareness and reconnect with your authentic self

    • Ongoing individual sessions (60 minutes)

      • Fee - $100

    Please note that I am self-pay only and currently do not take insurance. I do offer a sliding scale to make therapy accessible. If cost is a barrier, we can explore a rate that feels sustainable for you.
